Terms of use

Research use only: GenomQC supports quality-control prioritization. It is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, patient management, or other clinical decisions.

Products covered

GenomQC is a LyoVexa brand. The public GenomQC repository and beta are provided under the open-source license shown in that repository. GenomQC Pro is a separate downloadable product governed by the license included with the purchase. Marketing pages do not replace the license delivered with the product.

Your responsibilities

• Use only data you are authorized to process.
• Validate thresholds against the assay, organism, library preparation, platform, study design, and laboratory SOP.
• Review every output with appropriately qualified personnel.
• Protect purchased download links and do not redistribute the Pro product outside the licensed team.

Scientific limitations

QC thresholds are configurable starting points, not universal scientific standards. GenomQC does not guarantee that an input is complete, that a metric is appropriate for a particular protocol, or that a PASS result makes a sample suitable for downstream analysis.

Purchases and delivery

Purchases are made through our Shopier product page. Refer to checkout for the final total, payment methods, seller information and delivery details. The downloadable ZIP is delivered automatically after payment. Access is licensed, not sold as ownership of the underlying software.

Availability and changes

The public beta may change, pause, or end. Reasonable efforts are made to keep paid downloads functional on current browsers, but uninterrupted availability and compatibility with every MultiQC version or export layout are not guaranteed.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products are provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
