Refund policy

Effective: 4 September 2026

We want the product to work as described. Contact support promptly if delivery fails or a material product problem prevents use.

How to request a refund

Email genomqc@outlook.com within 14 calendar days of purchase. Include the order number and a short explanation. Do not send payment-card data or sensitive research files.

Normally eligible cases

• Duplicate charge.
• The purchased download was not delivered and support cannot restore access.
• A reproducible material defect prevents the product from performing a function explicitly described on the product page, and a reasonable fix or workaround cannot be provided.

Digital delivery

Because GenomQC Pro is delivered as downloadable digital content, change-of-mind refunds after download may be unavailable where the customer expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged any resulting limitation of a withdrawal right. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Processing

Approved refunds are handled through the Shopier order. The time for a refund to appear on your statement depends on the payment provider and your bank. Contact support with your order number for help.
