FAQ

Clear before you buy.

Does GenomQC Pro upload my data?

No. The downloadable app processes selected QC exports inside your browser. Your browser or operating system may create ordinary local files and print jobs when you export a report.

Is this a clinical product?

No. It is a research-use QC prioritization tool and does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical interpretation.

Which files are supported?

MultiQC JSON exports and TSV/CSV tables with recognizable sample-level reads, Q30, GC, duplication, adapter, or retention metrics. Maximum input size is 10 MB.

Why is the public version free?

The public MIT-licensed version demonstrates the core decision layer. Pro adds configurable thresholds, reusable profiles, branded reports, bilingual output, and a separate lab license.
