Privacy
Effective: 4 September 2026
Core promise: GenomQC’s browser tools process selected QC files on your device. GenomQC does not operate an application server that receives or stores those files.
QC files and reports
The public beta and downloadable GenomQC Pro application read supported JSON, TSV, and CSV files inside your browser. Generated reports and exports remain on your device unless you choose to share them. Do not use the product with data you are not authorized to process.
Local settings
GenomQC Pro can save custom QC profiles in browser local storage. Those profiles stay in that browser profile until you remove them or clear browser data. An optional lab logo is used for the current report and is not uploaded by GenomQC.
Website hosting
The public website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser details, and access logs under its own privacy terms. GenomQC does not currently add third-party advertising or behavioral analytics to the site.
Purchases
Checkout, payment and digital delivery use Shopier. Information entered at checkout is processed according to the privacy information presented by Shopier. GenomQC may receive order details needed to provide the product, support, refunds and fraud prevention.
If you contact support, your email address and message are used to answer the request and maintain necessary support records. Do not email raw sequencing files, patient information, passwords, or payment-card data.
